I read many positive reviews, so I had high expectations, and the result was a bit disappointing. It's not bad, but it's not as great as I thought it would be. Pros: I fully acknowledge that the friendliness of the staff is number one. The security guard even enthusiastically helped me park my motorbike. The location is unbeatable; I ate noodles in the morning and went to the night market in the evening, all within a 5-minute walk. My room (on the 3rd floor) was clean, had no strange smells, and, importantly, had hot and cold water.

I arrived very late due to a delayed ferry and the receptionist kindly stayed up to check me in, which felt really welcoming after a long journey. The room was small but spotless, with a fridge and efficient aircon that cooled the space fast. The mattress has seen better days and there were small signs of wear in the bathroom grout, but housekeeping replaced towels daily and kept things tidy. One evening the hot water stopped — I reported it and maintenance arrived within an hour to repair a loose valve, which I appreciated a lot. The hotel's staff also helped me book a reliable motorbike hire and recommended a quiet breakfast spot for an early start. If the hotel renovates some fixtures and replaces mattresses, plus improves evening Wi-Fi reliability, this place could be an outstanding budget option.

Vendndodhja është perfekte — plazhi dhe tregu janë në distancë të shkurtër në këmbë. Dhoma ishte e pastër; kondicioneri ishte i drejtuar nga shtrati, kështu që ndonjëherë bënte ftohtë. Na u desh të kërkonim përgatitjen e dhomës me të mbërritur sepse nuk ishin gati, pak bezdisëse. Stafi kërkoi falje dhe na e përmirësoi peshqirin. Vlerë e mirë në përgjithësi.

Fantastic hotel, located 5 minutes walk from Phú Quốc night market and the center. Close to many bars and restaurants. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff were very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Phú Quốc.

Had a lovely stay here, honestly. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful — full of handy local tips. The room was clean, comfy, and the hot water behaved itself every morning. Location’s cracking too, loads of good food about and just a short stroll to the beach.

Service here’s top-notch, mate. They sorted us out with a last-minute snorkelin’ trip and even held onto our bags for free — bloody legends. Room was clean, comfy, had everything we needed. Location’s spot on, right in the thick of it. Couldn’t be happier, honestly.
